The hotel room was great, very quiet as it overlooked the internal space. The room was very warm during the hot weather but still had a nice size and modern feel to it overall. The service went above and beyond, particularly by Miss from the Czech Republic on night shift who was very helpful and spoke great English. The location was convenient, being close to the tube station and safe for late-night outings but not ideal for tourists. The dining experience was more than adequate with self-service options. The facilities were basic but satisfactory.
